Delivery, returns and privacy

Delivery

We deliver anywhere in Egypt within 7 working days. Delivery is included in the price.

Every order is confirmed with you on WhatsApp first: your address, the delivery day, and how you would like to pay.

Payment

Cash on delivery, mobile wallet or bank transfer.

Returns

You can return Barrel within 14 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original box. Message us on WhatsApp first. For a change-of-mind return, the return delivery is paid by you.

If it arrives damaged or does not work, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours. We replace it or refund you in full, delivery included.

Refunds are paid within 7 days of the lamp reaching us. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by wallet or bank transfer.

Barrel is handmade: small differences in wood grain and shade texture are part of the piece, not a defect.

Privacy

This site uses no cookies and no advertising trackers, and it has no forms. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify you.

When you tap a WhatsApp button, your message goes through WhatsApp, and WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies. We use your name, number and address only to deliver your order and to reply to you.
